Hope you are all having a good summer. We have continued to be really busy over the summer holidays, with new people coming on board all the time - which just shows how popular we are!

As many of you know, Le Club will be having a stand at the forthcoming Ageing Well festival at Lupton House on Saturday 30th September. More details here:

By next week I need to put a programme of volunteers together. So please let me know asap what time you will be able to help out! Even just an hour will be helpful. The event runs all day, 10am-6pm. it will be a great event to go along to even if you are not able to help on the stand.

Save the date! Our Christmas Do is now booked for Monday 18th December. The event is going to be extra special for this year with a complimentary drinks and canope reception from 7.15pm before dinner at 8pm! Ooo la la! Places will be, in the first instance, offered to regular supporters of Le Club. I will be taking bookings for this event from the beginning of September.

I will be taking film club bookings for the remainder of the year from the beginning of September. I am please to announce that Film Club will continue into 2018, the programme is just being finalised and will be on the website during the Autumn. Thankyou to everyone for their support.
